It’s your most valuable piece of marketing space because it’s how you get found, so don’t waste it.

  • It’s the first thing customers see after your headline.
  • It’s how you get found because every word in your tagline is a keyword in Traveljunkies.
  • It’s where you put your most important keywords first because people always search for keywords
  • It’s where you tell your visitors what to expect next and what to do.
  • Your tagline is your silver bullet because it’s how you get found even when people aren’t looking for you.
  • And as you know, nothing happens if you don’t get found.

How to use your tagline in Traveljunkies

Taglines for Nike, KFC , BMW etc work so well but a smart-arse tagline isn’t going to work for you because nobody knows who you are.  So …

  • Put your most important keywords first.
  • Say what you do so visitors know what to expect.
  • Tell them how you can help them
  • Make it interesting and stand out so they want to know more.
  • Be different and think like Nike, KFC or BMW.
  • Fit it into 60 chars (including blanks). That’s a challenge.

Your Tagline will have about 8-10 words, so really think about it. If this sounds a tall order then consider something like these:

  • Lively budget hostel near pubs & clubs in town centre.
  • Pet friendly B&B. Short stroll to beach and countryside.
  • Bungy jumping. An adrenaline rush like never before.
  • Excite your kids. Exotic family resort for all ages.
  • New eco friendly ideas & avoid the crowds.
